Biomerieux, Inc. is the manufacturer and only source licensed and authorized agency to provide the required equipment to ensure there is no interruption in services that will negatively affect direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
