The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 2 years. The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Omnicell Dispensing Cabinets Cass Lake Service Unit currently use, require software updates and maintenance. To keep the warranty on the Omnicell Dispensing Cabinets, Omnicell requires that only Omnicell software be installed on their products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Point of contact for this acquisition is Purchasing Agent, De'Lana Tangren at delana.tangren@ihs.gov.
