The period of performance will be 10/1/2025 to 9/30/2026. The award will be a single source procurement awarded to Steris Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on licensing agreements. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
