The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and personnel required to furnish Hazardous Waste (HW), Non-Hazardous Waste (NHW) and Universal Waste (UW) services, to include completion of manifests, materials, equipment, labels, collection, analyzing, sorting, preparation, packaging, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste by means of incineration, fuel blending, and/or reclamation/recycling for Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital located in Whiteriver, Arizona *SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION
