In accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1), for purchases above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5M, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than DT-Trak Consulting, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EDT on Friday 08/22/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
