## Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Great Western Specialty Systems, Inc. for the correction of fire alarm deficiencies as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located in Gallup, New Mexico.

The period of performance will be from the Date of Award to December 31, 2025. The award will be a single-source procurement awarded to Great Western Specialty Systems, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on urgency. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Great Western Specialty Systems, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM MT on Friday, May 30, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
