## Description

Prepare a comprehensive Site Assessment (SA) for the proposed site. The SA shall consist of an Environmental Assessment (EA), Floodplain Assessment, Archeological/Cultural Resources Survey, Geotechnical Survey, Legal Survey, Biological Survey, Traffic Impact Analysis, Dry Barrel Fire Hydrant Test and Inspection, and Will Serve Letters from local utility companies. Per attached Scope of Work (SOW).
