This purchase order is for delivery of Blood Gas Test Cartridges specifically designed for the use in the Crownpoint Laboratory Department’s existing GEM Premier 5000 Blood Gas System. The anticipated delivery date is 30 days from the date of award. Werfen USA LLC is the sole organization qualified to provide these test cartridges, which are uniquely designed for compatibility with the GEM Premier 5000 Gas Analyzer.
