## Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, NM, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Shi International Corp. – UEI No. CEFCD41CLDJ8 for Lansweeper to provide subscription usage of the licensing of the IT Asset Inventory. Lansweeper is a browser-based license that is accessible to specified staff members and not user-based, as opposed to PDQ subscription, which is limited.

Lansweeper does not have the limiting factors in terms of accessibility. At NNMC, the asset inventory enabled our team to update maps for each department that consist of all IT asset inventory barcodes, required by the Information Technology (IT) Department.

Period of Performance shall be for a Base plus Four (4) Option Years for a duration of 12 months from date of award. in accordance with FAR 13.501-(a)(1), for purchases above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5M, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Shi International Corp. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Monday, May 19, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
