## Description

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT The Oklahoma City Area Office (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for building alarm monitoring services with the existing equipment at the Wewoka Indian Health Center located in Wewoka, OK. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide off-site burglar alarm monitoring services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at the Wewoka Service Unit for the Annex Building, Warehouse, Clinic, and Pharmacy.

3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The base year Period of Performance will be 12 months from date of award with four (4) twelve (12) month option years. 4. LEVEL OF EFFORT 4.1.The contractor shall provide quarterly inspections and testing of all equipment to ensure and maintain operational conditions(s) to include service, maintenance, and or repair of malfunctioning equipment. 4.2.The contractor shall provide monthly monitoring and reports to include openings and closings for burglar alarm system.

Copies of reports shall be provided to the Facility Manager of the Wewoka Service Unit. 4.3 Pricing shall be all inclusive to include replacement parts and costs associated in order to keep equipment functioning properly. 4.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for all travel costs and associated expenses to and from the Wewoka Indian Health Center. 4.5.

The Contractor shall provide notification to the facility manager, and up to three other personnel in the event the alarm(s) get activated within 1 minute of the alarm being activated. The police are required to be notified with-in 30 seconds of an alarm(s) getting activated.
