The period of performance will be from April 14, 2025, to April 13, 2026, with four (4) one-year (1) option periods. The requirement will be placed under the SBA HUBZone program in accordance with FAR 19.1306 – HUBZone sole-source awards. Michele’s Ready Mix, Rock & Recycle, Inc., is a HUBZone firm deemed eligible for award. The procurement will be solicited from a single source in the open market using the principles of FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items. The award will also satisfy the HUBZone Small Business goals of the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
