Any potential sources other than Biomerieux, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 01:00pm EDT on Friday, March 21, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
