The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with base + 4 Option Year for OneSOURCE Complete service – vendor shall offer a comprehensive management tool that provides online access to all IFUs, service manuals, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer guidelines that oneSOURCE manages. CSU shall have access to the complete collection of required documents combined with the quarterly reviews of complied usage analytics; Surgical Instruments and Equipment, Tissue & Implants, Biomedical PM, Dental, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Consumables, Tracking System/CMMS Integrations and Partnerships. The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.
