Period of Performance shall be for a duration of one year from date of award. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C. is uniquely qualified to provide the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient safety care for providing various testing at the facility. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Fisher Scientific Company, L.L.C. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Monday 03/24/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
