This sources sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to identify potential INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE sources capable of providing oin-site Document Shredding and Disposal Services at the Southern Band Health Center, located in Elko, NV. The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, expertise, supplies and incidental materials necessary to execute the performance requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
