THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE ONLY.

This sources sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to identify potential INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE sources capable of providing Urinalysis Analyzers with Service Agreement to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, in Phoenix, AZ. Interestred contractor must show their capability to provide Fully Automated Urinalysis Analyzers that contain the 3 components in 1 analyzer (Urine Chemistry, Microscopy, and Body Fluid).

The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, expertise, supplies and incidental materials necessary to execute the performance requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
