Reprocessing products help protect valuable surgical instruments to increase productivity, and help enhance patient and staff safety. Period of Performance shall be for a Base plus four (4) Year Option for a duration of 12 months from date of award. in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1), for purchases above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5M, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement.
