This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), due exclusive licensing agreements. CPSU Laboratory Department currently owns CEPHEID Analyzers therefore needs compatible reagents to ensure the validity of tests results. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
