The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with three one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444110 – Home Centers with a small business size standard of employees at $47.0 million. No further awards will be made unless the needs for Tsaile Health Center changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 03/26/2025, 5:00 PM MST In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted.
