## Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for quote for Non-Personal Service Contracts for a Contractor to provide Clinical Pharmacist Informaticist (Clinical Applications Coordinator) healthcare providers to Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) throughout the duration of the contract period of performance.
