This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than JTC, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to: Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist Email: Stephen.Silversmith@ihs.gov Submissions must be received by 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents regarding any information submitted. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
