Sole Source authority cited FAR Part 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B) - Only one source is capable of providing the supplies and services required at the level or quality required because the supplies and services are unique or highly specialized. The Proposed Contractor shall provide ScriptPro’s system which incorporates robotic dispensing within a flexible and efficient workflow system that includes script scanning, counting, IVR, tele-pharmacy, point-of-sale, mobile dispensing and electronic signature at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF). All necessary equipment is on site and in use. **Period of Performance:** 04/01/2025 to 03/31/2026. Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure there is no interruption in services that will negatively affect direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
