The Proposed Contractor; Henry Schein Practice Solutions Inc is the sole distributor/manufacturer of the EDR License Maintenance and Technical Support Services for the Dental Department at Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Arlynda Largo, Purchasing agent at Arlynda.largo@ihs.gov and Janice Martinez.
