## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT to AWARD SOLE SOURCE to DT-TRAK Consulting Agency for Pharmacist Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility for the Pharmacy Department. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Pharmacy Department intends to award a labor-hour price sole source contract IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), for Pharmacist Services that limit the availability to a sole source.

DT-TRAK Consulting is the sole vendor for the requirement to conduct daily business and in support for patient care and health care support for our remote location. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 – Temporary Help Services. The objective of this sole source award to DT-TRAK Consulting is for the Pharmacist Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility for the Pharmacy Department.

This notice of intent does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Capability statements shall be submitted via e-mail only as a portable document format (PDF) attachment to the following address: Brenda.joe@ihs.gov by 10:00am on November 12, 2024. No telephone requests/offers will be honored.
