Crownpoint Healthcare Facility requires the postage meter to send out the hospital mail which included documents, appointment letters and prescriptions. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Arlynda Largo, Purchasing Agent, at Arlynda.largo@ihs.gov and Janice Martinez, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov on November 5, 2024 by 8:00 MST Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
