No further awards will be made unless the need for Four Corners Regional Health Care, Teec Nos Pos, Arizona and Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, New Mexico changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than March 26, 2025 at 3:00pm MST.
