PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located Crownpoint, N.M. 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Non-personal Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Services. Base starting from January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $34.0.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00027 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 18, 2024. Evaluation factors may include past performance, retention, key personnel, and price. The Evaluation Factors and significant sub factors when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Quotes will be due on or by November 25, 2024. The acquisition is a ISBEE set-aside.
