## Description

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Hamilton Medical, Inc, under NAICS code 811210 – Surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a vendor to provide a maintenance service agreement for existing Hamilton G5 Ventilators at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. *This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.*
