This sole souce contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based on this vendor is the sole company with proprietary rights to the software currently in use by the Pine Ridge IHS. The total estimated value is $92,000.00 The determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Goernment will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quotes or proposals.
