The plan will describe individual actions required to bring HHCC into compliance with federal and accrediting body requirements for critical access hospitals. The action plan will also outline necessary actions required to address identified executive leadership development needs, including educational, process/procedure management, change and crisis management needs. The CAP will outline specific corrective action items necessary for change to occur, will include start and completion dates for each action, HHCC staff responsibility for action oversight and completion, and consultant responsibility for action item oversight.
