The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office, located at Hwy 264 & St. Michaels Road, St. Michaels, Arizona 86511, has an upcoming requirement for qualified sources to replace an existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, to include setup and installation, 5-year warranty on new UPS equipment along with preventive maintenance and support services. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

**Product Service Code:** 6150 - Miscellaneous Electric Power and Distribution Equipment. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00109 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 24, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 31, 2024, by 12:00 p.m. MDT.

The acquisition is a total 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
