## Description

*THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY* Routine maintenance and calibration services are required on an annual basis in compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ANSI (American National Standards Institute) /Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) EQ89:2015 standards, and The Joint Commission requirements. Required maintenance checks include but are not limited to performing visual inspections, test and calibration procedures, and performing electrical safety tests.

All optometry and ophthalmology require specialized maintenance and repair services by certified and trained field specialists and technicians to ensure that the devices are configured to meet manufacturer’s requirements. SEE ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK
