## Description

The Indian Health Service, SRSU, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract for five (5) Registered Nurses (RN) services for the Emergency Department. The period of performance for this requirement will be 1 calendar year from the date of award which will include a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) option period of six 6 months.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $30M.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1493564 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 18, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the governments need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performances, and price.
