Synopsis and Notice of Intent for a Sole Source Award to Pitney Bowes for Postage Meter Replenishment. The Indian Health Serviced, Navajo area, Gallup Service Unit located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup New Mexico 87301 intends to award a non-competitive sole source contract to Pitney Bowes, Suite 320, 215 South State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111-2332 for the replenishment of postage meter funds.

The NAICS code is 333310 – Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturers with a small business size of 1,000 employees. The period of performance for this request is a one time purchase award for the replenishment of postage metered mail. The anticipated award date is May 6, 2024 to Pitney Bowes, Suite 320, 215 South State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111-2332. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.

There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
