Telecommunication services through Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. as the sole provider for voice and data communication services to conduct daily business and in support for patient care and health care support for our remote location. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517112 – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers. The objective of this sole source award to Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. is for the Telecommunication and Internet Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Thoreau Clinic for the IT Department.
