## Description

Solicitation for Firm, fixed-price, commercial item electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) equipment, accessories, and installation for the Pine Ridge Hospital, Pine Ridge, SD and the Kyle Service Unit, Kyle, SD. Period of Performance will be date of award with delivery no later than 45 days after receipt of order.

**BASIS FOR AWARD:** Quoters are advised that awardshall be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quotes will also include the following to be considered acceptable.

1. Complete and signed SF-18, Request for Quotations 2. Complete Indian Health Service Buy-Indian Form 3. Provide Items per Specifications 4. Meet 45 day or less delivery schedule Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be requested before Aug 13, 2024, before 12PM CT in writing by email to William Kohl, at William.Kohl@ihs.gov. The quoted unit price is an all-inclusive cost.

All-inclusive is defined to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, Federal/State/Local taxes, plus any other costs pertinent to the performance of this contract.
