## Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract for two (2) Registered Nurses (RN) services for the Ambulatory Care Department.

The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. **It is the responsibility of the Offerer to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.** The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Service with a small business size standard of $34.0M.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in according with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 28, 2024. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business. Please email your offers with attached pricing schedule.
