Pre-Solicitation Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Respiratory Test Kits to be awarded by May 30, 2024.The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 600. The Request for Quotations No. RFQ75H71024Q00079 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by May 16, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capabilities, product specifications, Delivery, and Price.
