The Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Dental Director is requesting a 12-month Sole Source Area Wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for dental supplies to Henry Schein Inc against their VA Contact number 36C79718D0314. Phoenix Area IHS dental clinics require approximately $1,091,005.00 of dental supplies to provide comprehensive dental care for 130,000 patients seen in nine primarily rural federal sites in California, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Consolidation into an Area wide supplies contract should facilitate best-value product pricing through volume purchasing and facilitate the delivery of high-quality health care dental supplies. We are seeking a single prime vendor to simplify, and consolidate our supply orders and delivery.
