The period of performance will be 04/01/2024 to 03/31/2025. The award will be a single source procurement awarded to Comp Ray Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on continuity. The proposed action is a follow-on requirement whereas the firm has familiarity with existing radiology equipment and a potential learning curve, should another firm be selected, may cause loss in continuity and efficiency with direct patient care services. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
