## Description

The Great Plains Area Office intends to award a sole-source award to Johnson Controls, Inc. to upgrade the current building automation system (BAS) at the Belcourt IHS Hospital, Belcourt, ND. The existing BAS is Metasys, proprietary to Johnson Controls, Inc. All controllers connected to the BAS are also proprietary to Johnson Controls, Inc. Other controllers manufactured by others are not compatible with the system.
