Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance will be issued for 6 months each will have 1) Base Period 2) with an Option 1 Period. The assignment is through the stated period of performance or until the position is filled with a permanent hire. In such instances, the nurse will be released from contract assignment.
