## Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Veterans Fire and Life Safety Corporation for Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System Test, Inspection and Monitoring services as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located in Gallup, New Mexico. The requirement will be one year from Date of Award.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Veterans Fire and Life Safety Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on urgency. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Veterans Fire and Life Safety Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM MT on Monday, June 24, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
