The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs associated with any response to this notice as incurred by prospective contractors. ****************************************************************************** Project Title: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Building Supplies, Materials, Hardware and Lumber Tracking Number: IHS1487707 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Crownpoint Health Care Facility, located in/at Crownpoint, NM 87313 is seeking capable sources to provide building supplies, materials, hardware and lumber for the Housing Department. The anticipated period of performance or delivery date is Date of Award to December 31, 2024 with no option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444110- Home Centers with a small business size standard of $34.0M. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
