**THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers form Buy Indian small businesses will be accepted. ** The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for Optometry Equipment Preventive Maintenance. Services must be performed in accordance with the attached SOW.
