## Description

60 each – Cardiac Monitor with interpretation ((3-14-day Holter patch monitor)) 5 each – Cardiac Monitor (replacement) Vendor will supply 60 vendor-owned/leased units at no-cost. Vendor quote should include a cost per test/patient evaluation/interpretation and also include a total cost of 60 tests/evaluations/interpretation for the service unit to evaluation each vendor’s quotes. Quote will also need to include the replacement cost per unit and replacement cost for 5 units.
