## Description

**MODIFICATION:** Included a list of Medical Gas Outlets The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, NM is seeking capable vendors interested in conducting a medical gas evaluation and testing. Evaluation will be following NFPA compliance. There are 2 Master Panel and the Medgas Outlets are OHIO manufacture. Attached is the performance work statement of the services.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services. Quotes will be due on or by February 5, 2024.
