The period of performance will be January 17, 2024 to January 16, 2025 with a three (3) one (1) year option periods. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Navajo Sanitation, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Carestream Health, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
