The Laboratory Proficiency Test Survey Kits will be used to test samples that is necessary for the continuing accreditation of Clinical Laboratory Services. Also, a requirement to maintain accreditation with the Joint Commission. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Kayenta Health Center is negotiating a sole source award. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
