Consistent with Federal procurement law, regulation, and other authority, CoreCivic provides comprehensive detention services for detained aliens at the Elizabeth Contract Detention Center (625 Evans Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201), a contractor-owned and operated facility, under contract no. ODT-5-C-0010. The current period of performance of this contract will expire on March 31, 2026. This contemplated modification and extension will provide an additional 2 months of services while ICE completes awards under the completed competitive, follow-on procurement. Only the incumbent, CoreCivic, can meet the government’s needs by the required performance start date of April 1, 2026 and no other service or provider will satisfy the agency requirement.
